Gerry is beyond wonderful, extremely sincere and genuine in his approach, I visited many car dealerships before coming to Mercedes Barrie and the experience I had at this dealership, and interaction I had with Gerry far surpassed all others. I would highly recommend working with this eager to help sales person. Unfortunately the car I am looking for is not in stock at this dealer, however I truly appreciate the honest up front approach that they won't be able to secure it, versus taking my deposit and trying to do a dealer trade and stringing me along for weeks. Shows so much integrity and respect and that they are putting the customer first beyond their own personal agenda.
